This production line makes absorbent cotton rolls of different weight (gram per square meter) and width.

This line is connected to cards and makes the cotton roll of adjustable gram and weight as per requiprments. It also  converts the rough surface and loosen cotton web into smooth surface and tight cotton web, then cut and wind it into big rolls as per required weight per roll.
